We at Hatha strive to get our boards and equipment to you as fast and as safely as possible. We currently use a private courier who will personally wrap and transport your goods to your door when it is convenient for you. The courier will also email or call you direct to arrange times. We have unfortunately of late experienced damage to our boards while in transit, using standard couriers. This is not only an inconvenience to us, but also to our valid customers. The courier service we currently use guarantees the goods being delivered to you in a perfect condition. This service does take a little longer than a standard courier’s time. We at Hatha care about our customer’s satisfaction and believe it is well worth the extra delivery time to achieve this. Please note; the Standard Delivery option - £55 normally takes 1 to 5 days, again depending on time of booking and destination. We of course would always welcome and encourage a personal collection from us. *Please inspect all freight upon delivery. Please thoroughly check over the board, fins and contents before signing and accepting the goods. Any issues or damage must be reported to the driver and these points must be detailed on the delivery note before the driver leaves. If the goods are signed for and checked at a later date or time we are not liable to replace or compensate for the issues raised. The customer will be liable to pay the return freight charge in order to get a replacement.
