Hatha Warranty Policy
At Hatha, we are committed to producing paddleboards of the highest quality. Every board undergoes rigorous quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process and prior to dispatch. As a reflection of our confidence in the craftsmanship and materials used, we provide the following warranty coverage.
Board Warranty
All new Hatha inflatable paddleboards purchased through an authorised Hatha retailer are covered by a 5-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty from the date of original purchase.
Reduced-price, clearance, ex-display, ex-demo, or discounted boards are covered by a 3-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
This warranty applies solely to defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal recreational use.
Accessories Warranty
Accessories and components supplied with the board, including paddles, pumps, fins, leashes, deck pads, bags, and similar items, are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or impact
- Improper use, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Incorrect storage, handling, or transportation
- Excessive exposure to heat, sunlight, frost, or other environmental conditions
- Commercial, rental, instructional, or hire use
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic blemishes or minor imperfections that do not affect the performance or functionality of the product
Failure to properly clean, dry, maintain, and store the product may invalidate warranty coverage.
Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact Hatha directly and provide:
- Proof of purchase from an authorised Hatha retailer
- The board serial number (located on the fin box)
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A brief description outlining the nature of the fault and the circumstances in which it occurred
All claims will be reviewed by our warranty team to determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect. Hatha reserves the right to request the return of the product for further inspection before any warranty decision is made.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Hatha may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same model or an equivalent alternative, subject to availability.
Additional Terms
- Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- The warranty period commences on the original date of purchase as shown on a valid proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products for inspection and for ensuring their safe transportation.
- We strongly recommend inspecting all products immediately upon delivery and reporting any delivery-related issues or manufacturing defects within 7 days of receipt.
