Please do get in contact if you have any questions or issues with any of our products. On some occasions it may not actually be fault, it may be that it hasn’t been used or installed correctly.

We can provide you with a free returns label for any faulty goods. Please see our warranty page for further information.

Unwanted products –

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’.

You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the us of your cancellation to return the goods.

It is the buyers responsiblity to return the goods safely back to us in the condition that they arrived with you.

Any used goods cannot be returned. If labels are removed and the board has been inflated etc then this is classed as a used product and can not be sold on again at the full price.

If the goods have been opened and inspected and then returned then a full refuned will be given minus the return postage costs.

If an item is damaged in tranist or is lost on its way back to us then this is the customers responsibility.
