Pete

Pete Coupland our general all round SUP and endurance ambassador.

Pete loves a challenge, if he thinks it can’t be done he has to give it a try. Some of his challenges to date include:

Competed in a national 24 hour mountain biking event for past 7 years – The Newnham 24/12 (non stop 24 hrs MTB riding) rest and eating on the move. He has worked his way down from 18th position, to a 3rd place podium position in the solo category.

Cycling round Devon in a day 260 miles, cycle round Dorset and Somerset in a day – 300 miles (half Iron-man distances challenge). Regularly competes in 100 mile cycle sportive events. Pete has now improved his finishing time by over 2 hours in the last 8 years to a PB silver medal time of 6:36 only a couple of minutes of Gold Medal time, still chasing gold. When he’s not pushing the limits he’s just as happy SUP’ing up the canal with his friends and family.
