Meet Sasha, a SUP and outdoors enthusiast who is passionate about helping people develop healthier, more active lifestyles. A firm believer in the best form of exercise is one you actually do, she enjoys mixing things up and is a BSUPA L2 instructor, yoga & pilates teacher, personal trainer and cycling instructor (road safety and MTB), with a marathon or two tucked under her belt.
Based in Brighton, Sasha loves the variety SUP offers from the 92km endurance paddle of the Great Glen Challenge to a gentle sunset paddle on the meanders of Cuckmere, and can regularly be found at SUP races and events around the UK, when she’s not running SUP/fitness holidays, or teaching in and around Sussex and Surrey.
Since qualifying in Pilates and as a Personal Trainer in 2016, Sasha has delivered SUPilates and SUP Fitness sessions, expanding to offer SUP Yoga since qualifying as a 500hr yoga teacher in Goa in 2017. New for 2020, Sasha has teamed up with Helen Keates to create SUPta, a training academy for SUP Yoga, SUP Pilates and SUP Fitness instructors.
